AI & Agentic Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI & Agentic Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent autonomous systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, Reinforcement Learning, and MLOps, and will work on cutting-edge AI solutions that can perceive, reason, decide, and act independently.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI agent systems for real-world enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning Development

• Design, develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models.
• Implement and optimize LLMs, NLP, Reinforcement Learning (RL), and Computer Vision (CV) solutions.
• Build and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, and Chroma.
• Develop multimodal AI systems integrating text, image, and audio data.
  
  

Agentic AI Systems Development

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents capable of decision-making, reasoning, and learning from feedback.
• Implement multi-agent systems using frameworks such as:
• LangChain
• CrewAI
• AutoGen
• BabyAGI
• MetaGPT
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
• Build agent workflows for real-world business automation and intelligence.
  

Software Engineering & MLOps

• Develop and deploy AI models using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and maintain MLOps pipelines for continuous training, evaluation, monitoring, and retraining.
• Optimize AI workloads for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge environments.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions in production.
  
  

AI Governance, Security & Compliance

• Implement AI safety and governance measures, including bias mitigation and adversarial defense.
• Ensure compliance with AI regulations and standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Secure AI systems against:
• Prompt injection attacks
• Model poisoning
• Adversarial exploits
• Promote ethical AI principles and responsible AI development.

• Strong programming expertise in Python, Java, or R.

• Proficiency in Agentic & Multi-Agent frameworks:

• Experience with vector databases and embeddings:

• Strong foundation in MLOps and cloud AI services:

• Experience with autonomous systems, robotics, or digital twins.
• 57 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or Agentic AI development.
