We're building enterprise-grade AI agents that run real workflows (not just chat). If you love turning messy business problems into reliable, scalable agent systemsand working directly with senior stakeholdersthis role is for you.
What you'll own
- End-to-end delivery of Voice + Conversational AI agent deployments for high-scale, consumer-facing use cases
- Agent workflow design: map business processes tools/actions, write & iterate prompt logic, tool-use patterns, guardrails, and fail-safes
- Customer discovery deployment: demos, diagnosing issues, tailoring agents to real-world workflows, converting ambiguity into crisp product/tech requirements
- Partner with leadership: shape client AI roadmaps and drive measurable outcomes (revenue, efficiency, CX)
- Manage multiple deployments simultaneously with strong stakeholder alignment and an adoption/expansion mindset
- Create a fast feedback loop from production learnings back into Product/Engineering roadmaps
What we're looking for (must-haves)
- 3.5+ years in Product / AI implementation / Solutions Engineering / Consulting (or similar) in tech-first environments
- Strong technical acumen: you can understand agent design, prompt engineering, workflow logic, APIs, and system constraints
- Excellent executive communication: comfortable with VP/CXO stakeholders
- High ownership, thrives in ambiguity, and can drive outcomes end-to-end
Bonus (nice-to-haves)
- Shipped LLM-powered features from prototype production
- Experience with chatbot/agent workflows, tool-integrated assistants, or contact-center automation
- Familiarity with Python/SQL, API integrations, evaluation metrics, prompt testing, and release ownership (PRDs/epics/UAT)
