What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end deployment of Voice AI agents for large consumer enterprises
- Design AI agents by mapping workflows, writing & testing prompt logic
- Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions
- Act as a trusted AI advisor to senior leadership
- Own adoption, expansion, and long-term success of deployed agents
- Drive real-world feedback into product roadmap and execution
What We're Looking For
- 35 years in AI implementation / Product / Solutions / Consulting
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or prompt engineering
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Ability to operate in fast, ambiguous environments
- Technical mindset (CS/Engineering background preferred)
