Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage and support client campaigns within the AI calling application
- Upload, maintain, and verify campaign data regularly
- Schedule calls and maintain updated call records
- Track and update call status accurately in Excel sheets
- Listen to AI call recordings and evaluate call quality
- Identify discrepancies or issues in call outcomes and suggest corrections
- Perform daily verification and updating of data
- Collect and organize call performance data
- Monitor call management processes
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data across platforms
