Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Agronomist role located in Ajmer. The Agronomist will oversee crop management, conduct soil and plant nutrient analysis, implement effective irrigation systems, and provide expert recommendations to enhance agricultural productivity. Additionally, responsibilities include supporting research initiatives to optimize hydroponic practices and ensuring sustainable farming methods are in place.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Soil Science and Agriculture for understanding and improving crop growth environments
• Expertise in Irrigation management to devise efficient water usage systems
• Proficiency in Plant Nutrition to optimize crop health and yield
• Experience in conducting Research to evaluate and improve hydroponic techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and operational decision-making
• Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field
• Prior experience in hydroponic farming is highly desirable - Cucumber,capsicum in soilless Media
