About The Role
We are hiring an Agriculture Scriptwriter & Researcher (Curriculum Designer) to own the complete learning design for Indian Farmer courses. This role spans from ground-level research to delivering a fully execution-ready course. You will define what is taught, why it is taught, how it is structured, and how it translates into real-world outcomes for farmers.
This is a high-ownership role covering research, curriculum design, shoot support, post-production review, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ground-level research through field exposure, farmer interactions, and data analysis to define curriculum vision and learning outcomes
- Design end-to-end curriculum including modules, lessons, assignments, checklists, frameworks, summaries, and execution guides
- Write detailed scripts and shoot notes for instructors and support shoots to ensure accurate curriculum execution
- Review completed course content post-edit, identify gaps, and recommend improvements before launch
- Continuously refine courses based on learner behavior, feedback, and real-world outcomes
- Develop and maintain curriculum systems, including SOPs, research templates, frameworks, and documentation standards
- Write content for course-related communication, such as landing pages, ads, and supporting materials
