About the Position

Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for an energetic agronomist who helps farmers to manage crop planting and implementing efficient farming practices; improving crop efficiency and identifying market needs.

Roles/Responsibilities

Innovating planting, cultivation, and harvesting methodologies to enhance crop yield for contract farmers and inhouse farming project

Engaging in field visits for crop assessment and providing expert guidance to contract farmers

Conducting comprehensive analysis of samples to detect and address nutritional deficiencies, diseases, and other anomalies

Facilitating in plant sourcing, testing, and selection processes.

Maintaining meticulous records encompassing field data, customer interactions, crop assessments, and sample analyses

Formulating precise planting schedules, irrigation plans, budgets, and timelines to optimize productivity

Required skills and qualifications:

Minimum 6months of agronomy work experience

Specializing in areas such as crop rotation, irrigation & drainage, planet breeding, soil science, weed control & disease & pest control

Specialization in BSc Agriculture

Salary:

Upto 4.5LPA depending on experience.
