We are hiring Farmer Coordinator for Agri input products for a leading Agri Business company.
Essential Qualification : BSc or related Fields
Desirable Experience : 3-4 Years, sales of Agri inputs
Age : 26 to 30 years
Location : Guna, Mandideep, Khandwa, Mhow ( near Indore), Mandsaur

Roles Responsibilities
- Co-ordination of entire FPO formation activity and its business readiness at the hub
with the help of assigned NGO.
- Co-ordinating with FPOs for Mandi, seed, fertilizer and pesticide license availability
at all FPOs.
- Responsible for Output purchase from all FPOs of the hub which involves quality
testing training to FPO, handholding operational support to FPOs during
procurement etc.
- Responsible for generating demand of seed, fertilizers and pesticides throughout the
year for different crops from all FPOs of hub and responsible for sales of the agri
inputs to FPOs.
- Gathering market intelligence and village level prices for all agri input activities in the
FPO catchment areas.
- Ensure the successful facilitation of Agri-input related activities like code creation,
monitoring of PCs and their endorsement.
- Conducting farmer meetings of member farmers at all FPO locations and prepare
daily reports for that.
- Capture and consolidate daily FPO wise buying for different agri commodities.
- Manage team of Field staff and Ensure app registration/track downloads by farmers
- Liaising with banking partners at district level for KCC/FPO financing.
- Handle local SHE
