Strong communication skills (Hindi/Local language)

Telecalling / Calling experience

Convincing & negotiation skills

Lead generation & follow-up ability

Customer relationship management

Good listening skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)

Data entry & reporting skills
