  • Strong communication skills (Hindi/Local language)

  • Telecalling / Calling experience

  • Convincing & negotiation skills

  • Lead generation & follow-up ability

  • Customer relationship management

  • Target-oriented approach

  • Good listening skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)

  • Data entry & reporting skills
