Taxation:

Hands on experience in Tax Compliances, Assessments, Litigations, Representations before tax authorities, Drafting Skills and review of replies/ submissions, M&A.

Strong Experience in Tax Governance, MIS reporting, ICDS Impact Analysis and International Taxation, Review of GST returns, Annual GST audits, Various SCN

Liasoning with statutory/ Internal auditors and external consultants for Tax & Transfer Pricing audits including Tax returns, Tax assessments

Working Knowledge of Financial Analysis and IndAS

• Candidates having SAP Knowledge and consulting background will be additional advantage
