Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Purchase, focused on the Diagnostic Business. Responsibilities include overseeing procurement activities, vendor management, supplier negotiations, and ensuring timely availability of quality diagnostic materials. The AGM will also analyze market trends, manage supplier relationships, mitigate procurement risks, and maintain procurement budgets in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Procurement, Vendor Management, and Supplier Negotiation processes
• Proven ability in Market Analysis and Cost Management within the healthcare or diagnostics sector
• Experience with Risk Mitigation, Budget Management, and Contract Administration
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Inventory Control processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields
• Knowledge of diagnostic products and healthcare procurement standards is a plus
