Monitor global API market trends and proactively manage cost fluctuations and supply risks.

Achieve annual procurement cost reduction targets through strategic sourcing and supplier optimization.

Ensure procurement from approved vendors compliant with GMP standards and internal quality policies.

Collaborate with QA and RA teams to ensure availability of regulatory documentation such as DMF, COA, and other compliance requirements.

Ensure timely delivery of materials to prevent production delays or stoppages.

Coordinate with logistics teams for customs clearance, shipment tracking, and import management.

Monitor inventory levels and supplier lead times to support efficient production planning.
