Lead and oversee end-to-end hospitality operations at IFC, ensuring exceptional luxury, service standards & seamless interdepartmental coordination
Key Responsibilities
Food & Beverage Excellence
Oversee F&B operations including service quality, presentation, menu planning, and overall guest dining experience to meet premium hospitality benchmarks.
End-to-End Operational Leadership
Drive overall daily operations of IFC, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments with a strong focus on service excellence and efficiency.
Culinary Collaboration & Experience Design
Partner with chefs and service teams to curate bespoke and high-end culinary experiences tailored to guest preferences and special occasions.
Hygiene, Safety & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation standards, and regulatory requirements including FSSAI compliance across all operational areas.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Ensure seamless F&B and Hospitality, to deliver integrated and consistent guest experiences.
Luxury Service Standards & Compliance
Maintain and elevate luxury hospitality standards aligned with brand expectations, ensuring consistency in service delivery and guest satisfaction.
