Sales Team Lead Real Estate (East Bangalore)Role Overview

As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and developing and executing sales strategies for our real estate portfolio in East Bangalore. You will own regional sales targets, manage key client relationships, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to deliver strong business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives and ensure strong pipeline management.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor individual performance and provide coaching to maximize productivity.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Deal Closure & Revenue Ownership

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
  • Ensure smooth transaction execution and timely collections.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track sales metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and realign strategies to meet business objectives.

Market & Competitor Intelligence

  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing movements, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in East Bangalore.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior management.
Key Requirements
  • 510 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 12 years in a team leadership role.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong team management, recruitment, and mentoring capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of Bangalore real estate market dynamics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution ability.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
