1. Pre-Sales Management:
- Oversee call center operations to ensure prompt and effective lead qualification.
- Develop and monitor scripts, lead management systems, and follow-up strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
- Track and analyze call center metrics and optimize processes for better performance.
2. Lead Generation & Digital Campaigns:
- Provide strategic inputs for digital marketing campaigns, including ad placements, creative messaging, and audience targeting to drive high-quality leads.
- Work closely with the marketing team to monitor campaign performance and make real-time optimizations.
3. On-Ground Activation & BTL Strategies:
- Plan, execute, and monitor BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Identify and implement corporate activations and partnerships for targeted outreach to potential customers.
4. Customer Engagement & Deal Closure:
- Assist sales teams by interacting with potential customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to facilitate smooth deal closures.
5. Lead Management Systems & Process Compliance:
- Ensure the effective use of lead management systems such as D4U.
- Monitor lead tagging and capture accurate feedback in the system to track the customer journey and improve conversion rates.
6. Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the direct sales and pre-sales teams to meet performance objectives.
- Set individual and team targets, track progress, and provide regular feedback for performance improvement.
7. Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide insights to the management team for refining product offerings and sales strategies.
8. Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, campaign effectiveness, sales performance, and customer feedback.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and make informed decisions to improve overall sales effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in end to end call center operations and pre sales.
- Must have experience in Real Estate/Banking/Financial Services or Insurance industries.
