At 315 Work Avenue, a leading name in the Real Estate & Co-working industry, we are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager Facilities to join our team in Pune.

B.E. Electrical (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP, Safety & Compliance
Proven experience in Facility Management (preferably in Real Estate / Co-working sector)
Ability to manage operations, vendors, and large-scale workspace facilities
