AGM Engineering - PET Bottle

Key Responsibilities:

Lead maintenance of PET bottle manufacturing lines, including blow molding & injection molding machines

Hands-on experience in handling and troubleshooting of Sidel & Krones machines (blow molding, filling & packaging lines)

Ensure maximum uptime through preventive & predictive maintenance

Perform breakdown analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)

Manage maintenance of utilities: compressors, chillers, HVAC, electrical systems, water systems

Implement TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives

Coordinate with production for smooth execution of manufacturing plans

Monitor spares inventory, vendor management, and AMC contracts

Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and statutory requirements

Drive energy optimization and cost-saving projects

Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspections
