Job Description

  • Man Power Planning & Organizing in Production department.
  • Organizing Machine shop, Fabrication shop & Maintenance activities.
  • Follow up with Procurement sourcing Vendors for the material as per customer requirements.
  • Looking after Logistics Material inward and timely outward as per customer requirements.
  • Up dation of inventory (Customer property) and regular follow up with the customers and operations for early dispatch.
  • Up dation of Rental Assets inventory, Tool History Cards, Arranging for the third Party inspection.
  • Materials Requirement Planning for the Orders received based on the delivery requirements.
  • Conducting reviews with operators in the shop floor regarding Safety, safe work practices and problems during operations.
  • Preparation of Job Cards (Production Orders), Route Cards, Bill Of Materials & Weekly Machine Loading Charts & Review of the contracts.
  • Monitoring of Work in Process items with Work Shop, Quality, Assembly & Test Field regarding the material movement.
  • Co-ordination with Purchase, Designs, Foundry, Sales & Marketing, Stores, Quality & Work Shop regarding the material movement.
  • Planning for continual improvement.
  • Management Information Systems development and maintenance coordinating various departments for generating information from the available raw data and presentation.
  • Implementing Safety procedures, ISO 9000 Procedures in all departments, ISO Documentation, Internal Auditing and Conducting Management review meetings.
