Job Description
This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves market research, strategic planning, lead generation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
Experience
12-18 years of experience in Domestic & International Sales & Marketing in similar industry.

Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and emerging opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis to support market positioning and product strategy.
Sales & Lead Management
- Generate high-quality leads through networking, industry events, cold outreach, and partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.
- Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and contract negotiations.
Market Research
- Conduct primary and secondary research to identify possible new products category for international market
- Study potential customer, company size, products; Devise action plan to build relations
- Study market feasibility by analyzing market size, economic movements, inputs from industry etc.
- Remain updated on latest industry trends by visiting exhibitions, conferences, primary and secondary research
- Study required approvals and regulatory requirements for different countries; prepare report and present to management
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and business cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate and updated sales pipeline data.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance metrics, forecasts, and market insights.
- Provide recommendations to senior leadership based on customer feedback and industry trends.
