Function / Department	Finance / Secretarial
Location	Corporate, Mumbai
Job Purpose	To assist in handling Compliances under Companies Act, SEBI LODR Regulations and SEBI PIT Regulations.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	To assist in preparation of RoC Forms and filings with MCA. To assist in preparation of Board / Committee Agenda and Minutes To assist in maintaining Structured Digital Database To assist in compliance pertaining to SEBI Insider Trading Regulations To liaise with NSDL, CDSL and RTA including corporate actions as and when necessary. To liaison for newspaper publications and statutory advertisements. To assist in filings with Stock Exchanges and liaising to resolve queries with the exchange To look into Subsidiary compliances including preparation of Agenda, minutes, annual report, Secretarial Audit and notices of AGM and EGM. To update statutory registers, attendance registers and minutes books for subsidiaries. To prepare Directors and KMP Disclosures. To ensure upkeep of statutory records and filing system. To maintain secretarial records To draft letters to various statutory and other authorities To assist in Shareholder grievance redressal
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	Strong knowledge of SEBI Listing Regulations and Companies Act Well versed with Stock Exchange filing portal, NSDL Portal, MCA portal Should be good at liaising with NSDL, CDSL, RTA and Stock Exchanges.
Must have technical / professional qualifications	Qualified Company Secretary. Having LLB degree would be an advantage
