AGM Billing & Contracts (Real Estate)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the role of AGM Billing & Contracts in the real estate sector. This is a leadership role requiring strong expertise in billing management, contract administration, and team handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end billing operations for real estate projects
- Oversee contract management, including drafting, review, and execution
- Ensure accuracy in RA bills, final bills, and contractor payments
- Monitor project cost, budget adherence, and financial controls
- Coordinate with internal teams (projects, finance, procurement)
- Handle vendor/contractor negotiations and dispute resolution
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high performance and efficiency
Key Requirements:
- 1820 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction industry
- Strong knowledge of billing processes, contracts, and cost control
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Qualification in Civil Engineering / relevant field preferred
