Contract Lifecycle Management (Agiloft)

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Systems Analyst to support our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to Agiloft and DocuSign, along with strong analytical and communication skills. This role is well-suited for someone early in their career who is eager to grow into a CLM systems expert while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in configuring, testing, and supporting Agiloft CLM workflows including templates, approval processes, and contract metadata.
- Support the integration and usage of DocuSign for electronic signature workflows.
- Document business requirements by gathering input from legal, procurement, sales, and operations teams.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and help prepare training materials.
- Troubleshoot system issues, escalate when needed, and support end users with day-to-day CLM and e-signature processes.
- Maintain clear documentation for requirements, configurations, and workflows.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and developers on system enhancements and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 24 years of professional experience in business systems analysis, contract management, or related IT/business support role.
- Exposure to or working knowledge of CLM platforms (Agiloft must).
- Familiarity with DocuSign or other e-signature tools.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
- Basic understanding of contract lifecycle stages and compliance requirements.
- Experience with reporting and dashboards in CLM tools.
- Familiarity with APIs or system integrations (bonus but not required).
- Prior internship or project experience with Agiloft or DocuSign.
