Responsibilities

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and project progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Guide teams in the adoption and implementation of agile practices ensuring alignment with project goals and company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on project metrics and progress providing insights for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Encourage a culture of open communication and transparency promoting trust and accountability within the team.
  • Develop and maintain a backlog of tasks and priorities ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
  • Support the team in achieving sprint goals and deliverables ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CX-Scrum Master expertise to optimize processes and enhance team performance driving successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in CX-Scrum Master demonstrating proficiency in agile methodologies and practices.
  • Have experience in Procure to Pay
  • Payroll domain providing valuable insights and expertise to enhance project outcomes.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills facilitating effective collaboration and team dynamics.
