Key Responsibilities

  • The Agile Project Manager will be responsible for delivering end-to-end projects across technology, product, and business transformation initiatives.
  • The role requires strong stakeholder management, structured delivery approach, risk mitigation, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within a product-based organisation, preferably in SaaS or education technology environments
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and mentoring Delivery Managers and cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring alignment with product roadmap and business objectives
  • Strong ability to operate as an Individual Contributor, independently driving complex initiatives from initiation through to successful delivery.
  • Experience working with distributed and remote engineering, product, and operations teams across multiple geographies.
  • Prince2 certified or equivalent formal project management qualification; ability to apply structured governance within an agile product environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies, with experience embedding agile best practices within product teams.
  • Strong capability in prioritisation, delegation, and dependency management across multiple squads and concurrent initiatives.
  • Proven experience in developing detailed project plans, RAID logs, governance documentation, reporting dashboards, and executive-level updates.
  • Experience delivering technical infrastructure projects including cloud platforms, virtual environments, data centres, integrations, and large-scale system migrations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership, product owners, engineering leads, and external partners.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Proficiency in project management tools - Azure Devops / Jira
Experience in tracking and monitoring multiple projects in parallel
