Agile Program Manager

Experience required

• 8 - 15 years of experience in Agile Development preferred with a deep understanding of agile techniques (e.g. User Stories, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.)
• At least 3 large successfully delivered technical programs with experience in software development and/or project management

Key Skills

• Proven experience on leading data driven projects related to Big Data/ Data Science etc. is a must
• Awareness on technologies like SQL, Data engineering, software engineering, Cloud
• Mastery on Excel, sharepoint, JIRA, confluence is a must have
• Managing large team of developers, data scientists etc. Project planning, budgeting and managing.
• Experience on Banking/ Wealth domain is a big plus. Inquisitiveness on domain and product management is mandatory.
• Document project scope, deliverables. develop project plans with key milestones and Creation of WBS
• Facilitate and driving Project kick-off meetings to review the FSD/BRD.
• Categorize requirements into a project plan. Create, establish and manage overall project plan, including key milestones, detailing schedules, controls, resources and costs
• Execute, control, monitor, and close the Project following the product development processes in close cooperation with all project partners
• Managing resources as part of a cross-functional team that is required to complete a project.
