1. Overall experience 15+ years with agile project management experience of 7+ years

2. Worked as an Agile Coach leading enterprise-scale Agile transformation initiatives, coaching leadership, PMs, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams on Agile frameworks, mindset shift, and value-driven execution across multiple accounts or portfolios.

3. Should have done bachelor's in engineering & post-graduation in business management from a premium B-Schools in IT/Operations/Project Management or MBA.

4. Must be a leader who can influence stakeholders in written and oral communications.

5. Ability to lead teams with a sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service.

Job Responsibilities/KRAs:

1. Manage day-to-day PMO operations, including compliance and regulatory activities.

2. Design and streamline enterprise-wide project delivery frameworks with appropriate delivery controls & metrices with focus on agile methodology.

3. Strengthen delivery predictability with independent validation of commitments made to the customer.

4. Design governance standards around MSA & SOW to ensure delivery leaders adheres with the PMO guidelines & monitoring processes

5. Collaborate with leadership & C- level executive team in understanding their expectations and accordingly leading various operational level task & activities.

6. Support organizational level task forces to conduct research & design new-age delivery models & next-generation practices to enable smooth execution of the projects.

7. Collaborate with the technology teams to design in-house application to support PMO reporting & compliance processes

8. Manage enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives by acting as an Agile Coach, enabling leadership and delivery teams to adopt agile mindsets, practices, and metrics aligned with business outcomes.
