Join our global team of Agile experts, driving continuous improvement and self-managing teams to embad agility across Investment Solutions & Services.

About Your Role

As an Agile Coach, you will support our scaled agile transformation by working closely with teams to adopt agile principles and practices. You will focus on team-level coaching, facilitation, and helping teams improve delivery predictability and collaboration. You will assist in embedding agile ways of working, enabling transparency and continuous improvement. Your success will be measured by improved agile maturity, faster delivery cycles, and enhanced stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess current ways of working and design strategies for agile adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Coach teams on agile principles, frameworks, and scaled agile practices.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and ceremonies to build agile capability and maturity.
  • Support Agile Release Train (ART) launches and Quarterly Planning to enable scaled delivery.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across teams.
  • Regularly assess and report on agile maturity to inform coaching approaches and improvement plans.
  • Advocate for the use of agile metrics and objective measures to track progress and outcomes.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach successfully facilitating agile adoption, team self-management and improved team performance.
  • Have exposure and understanding of scaled agile approaches (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Scrum@Scale, etc).
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills to drive alignment across teams.
  • Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
  • Agile certified.
