Join our global team of Agile experts, driving continuous improvement and self-managing teams to embad agility across Investment Solutions & Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess current ways of working and design strategies for agile adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Coach teams, leaders, and stakeholders on agile principles, frameworks, and scaled agile practices.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and ceremonies to build agile capability and maturity.
  • Deliver Agile and Scaled Agile training.
  • Support Agile Release Train (ART) launches and Quarterly Planning to enable scaled delivery.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across teams.
  • Mentor leaders to strengthen portfolio level agility and drive mindset shift.
  • Drive adoption of Lean Portfolio Management practices and enterprise agile tooling.
  • Regularly assess and report on agile maturity to inform coaching approaches and improvement plans.
  • Advocate for the use of agile metrics and objective measures to track progress and outcomes.

  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a globally distributed environment, successfully guiding teams through agile adoption.
  • Deep knowledge of agile frameworks and scaled agile approaches (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Scrum@Scale, etc.).
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills to drive alignment across teams and leadership.
  • Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience of Agile training material creation and delivery.
  • SAFe Practice Consultant certified or equivalent.
