Location : Pune/Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad

About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Coach to drive Agile and LeanAgile transformation at scale across teams, programs, and the enterprise. In this role, you will partner with delivery teams, leaders, and stakeholders to embed Agile mindset, strengthen execution, and enable sustainable ways of working.

The Agile Coach will operate beyond a single team, guiding largescale Agile implementations, mentoring Scrum Masters and leaders, and supporting enterprise agility initiatives such as Agile Release Trains (ARTs), Lean Portfolio Management, and transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Agile and LeanAgile transformation across multiple teams, programs, and value streams
  • Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, SAFe Scrum Masters, Product Owners, RTEs, and delivery leaders
  • Lead and support scaled Agile implementations (e.g., SAFe, Scrum@Scale, or equivalent frameworks)
  • Partner with leadership to promote Agile mindset, servant leadership, and continuous improvement
  • Design and facilitate Agile workshops, trainings, and coaching interventions at team and leadership levels
  • Support Agile Release Trains (ARTs), PI Planning, and crossteam collaboration
  • Identify systemic impediments and work with leadership to remove organizational constraints
  • Establish Agile metrics and maturity assessments to measure progress and outcomes
  • Enable adoption of productcentric, flowbased, and valuedriven delivery models

Required Experience & Skills

  • Up to 15 years of overall IT experience
  • Minimum 6 years of handson experience performing multiple Agile roles, such as:
    • Scrum Master / SAFe Scrum Master
    • Release Train Engineer (RTE)
    • Agile Coach
    • Member of a LeanAgile Center of Excellence (LACE) or similar transformation group
  • Strong implementation experience with SAFe or at least one Scaled Agile framework (e.g., SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS)
  • Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and systems thinking principles
  • Proven ability to coach at team, program, and leadership levels
  • Strong facilitation, influencing, and changemanagement skills
  • Experience working with distributed, crossfunctional, and multistakeholder environments
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning, coaching culture, and organizational maturity growth
Certifications (Preferred / Strongly Desired)

  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
  • SAFe Agile Coach / SAFe Scrum Master
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • Lean, Kanban, or Agile coaching certifications

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge and experience with AI frameworks and AIenabled product delivery models
  • Experience applying Agile and Lean practices in data, AI, or digital transformation initiatives
