Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Agentic AI/ML/Generative - LLM - Chatbot Lead Engineer. As the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI-driven generative models, with a focus on language models (LLMs) and chatbot applications. Responsibilities will include creating efficient algorithms, fine-tuning pre-trained models, integrating machine learning solutions into existing applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve innovative solutions. You will also lead the deployment, performance monitoring, and iterative refinement of AI-based solutions in real-world use cases, with a focus on legal technology.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in AI/ML with specialization in developing and fine-tuning language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Experience in designing and deploying chatbot applications and conversational AI systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with NLP frameworks and libraries.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying AI/ML models at scale.
- Understanding of legal-tech applications and domain-specific challenges is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field. Experience in handling large datasets and distributed computing is a plus.
