We are seeking an AI Engineer to modernize legacy systems by building enterprise-scale generative AI solutions on Azure. You will implement LLM-powered applications, RAG architectures, and intelligent automation for healthcare technology transformation.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and deploy production-grade AI solutions using Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, and Azure Machine Learning
- Build RAG pipelines integrating vector databases, document processing, and enterprise data sources
- Perform API-driven AI development for seamless integration with existing systems
- Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation frameworks
- Develop intelligent document processing for healthcare claims, clinical records, and member communications
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security across all AI implementations
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI use cases
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 4+ years in software engineering with 2+ years focused on AI/ML solutions
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, and Cognitive Services
- Strong Python proficiency with Semantic Kernel and LangChain
- Experience building RAG architectures including chunking strategies, embeddings, and vector stores
- Solid understanding of LLM concepts: prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation metrics
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and HIPAA compliance preferred
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) principles and workflow automation
