About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Agentic AI Leader to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions. This role sits at the intersection of AI architecture, innovation, and delivery excellence, enabling intelligent multi-agent systems that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise-scale Agentic AI frameworks

Build and optimize Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols

Lead architecture for secure AI systems using MPC & secure computation

Drive agent orchestration, integration, and AI workflow automation

Mentor teams on code vibing practices and AI engineering excellence

Partner with business stakeholders to define AI-driven transformation strategies

Ensure secure, scalable, high-performance AI deployments

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years in AI/ML solutioning

Minimum 3 years in Agentic AI implementation

Strong hands-on coding background

Expertise in MPC (Multi-Party Computation) & secure computation

Experience in multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, AI architecture

Proven track record of delivering enterprise AI platforms
