Role Overview
Vsquare Systems Pvt Ltd is hiring experienced AI Engineers who have built and delivered real AI solutions in production environments.
This role is not suited for candidates who have only worked on demos, academic projects, or basic API integrations. We are looking for engineers who have designed, built, and deployed AI systems used in real enterprise workflows.
The selected candidate will work on developing AI-driven applications, intelligent automation systems, document intelligence platforms, and agent-based AI solutions for enterprise clients.
The role requires strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP pipelines, and production AI deployment, preferably in AWS environments.
Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Engineering
- Design and build production-grade AI applications using Generative AI and Machine Learning.
- Develop end-to-end AI pipelines including data ingestion, model inference, evaluation, and deployment.
- Build enterprise AI solutions that integrate with APIs, databases, and data platforms.
Generative AI Development
- Implement LLM-based applications using modern frameworks.
- Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Optimize prompts, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval pipelines.
Agentic AI Systems
- Develop AI agents capable of executing complex workflows.
- Implement orchestration frameworks enabling multi-step reasoning and tool usage.
- Build AI automation systems that integrate with enterprise tools.
Machine Learning & NLP
- Develop and deploy models for text processing, classification, knowledge extraction, and automation workflows.
- Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
Production Deployment
- Deploy AI applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Implement monitoring, evaluation, and optimization of AI systems in production.
Mandatory Experience (Strict Requirement)
Candidates must demonstrate real project experience in at least two or more of the following areas:
- Development of Generative AI or LLM-based applications
- Building NLP or document intelligence systems
- Developing AI-driven automation solutions
- Implementing RAG-based knowledge retrieval systems
- Deploying machine learning models in production
- Developing AI agents or workflow automation systems
Candidates should be able to clearly explain their role, architecture decisions, and technical implementation in past AI projects.
Required Technical Skills
Programming
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience developing scalable AI applications
AI / ML
- Hands-on experience with:

AI Frameworks
Experience with one or more:
- LangChain / LlamaIndex or equivalent
- HuggingFace ecosystem
- Vector search / embedding frameworks

- Experience building pipelines that process structured and unstructured data
- Experience integrating AI systems with APIs, databases, or enterprise applications
Cloud
- Experience working with AWS-based AI or data platforms
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks
- Experience with AI automation workflows
- Experience building document intelligence platforms
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search
Domain Experience
Experience working with Life Sciences, Healthcare, Research, or regulated industries will be considered an advantage.
