About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Developer to create and improve automation solutions with Agentic AI frameworks. Strong knowledge of large language models, planning-based AI, and cognitive automation is required RPA/UiPath experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Agentic AI Development:

. Build AI agents are capable of autonomous decision-making, multi-step reasoning, and dynamic task execution using Microsoft Agentic Framework and AI Foundry.

. Implement agentic capabilities such as planning, memory, tool usage, and adaptive workflows.

. LLM & Cognitive Framework Integration :

. Integrate LLMs with agentic features into enterprise workflows.

. Develop prompt engineering strategies, tool-chaining pipelines, and memory architectures.

. Workflow & System Orchestration:

. Design multi-agent and multi-step workflows using AI Foundry or similar frameworks.

. Architect scalable, cloud-ready AI systems suitable for enterprise environments.

. Integration & Deployment:

. Connect AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, MCP servers, and containerized platforms like AKS.

. Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of deployed agentic AI solutions.

. Collaboration & Innovation:

. Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, product owners, and business teams.

. Research emerging technologies in agentic AI, cognitive automation, and generative AI to enhance solution capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

. 6 to 8 years of professional experience in AI/ML or automation engineering.

. At least 2 years of hands-on work with LLM-based or agentic AI systems.

Technical Expertise:

. Proficient in Python and AI development frameworks

. Experienced with AI Foundry or agentic frameworks

. Knowledge of planning engines, tool integration, vector memory, and reasoning models

. Familiar with MCP Servers, Azure (AKS), or other cloud platforms

. Skilled in Docker/Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures

Communication:

. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders with clarity.

Good-to-Have Skills:

. Experience with UiPath/RPA and integrating RPA bots into AI-driven workflows.

. Exposure to reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and vector databases.

. Understanding ethical AI and responsible automation best practices.
