THE OPPORTUNITY

As we transform our marketing, sales, and business intelligence capabilities, we seek an experienced AI Developer to architect and deliver a new generation of data-powered AI agents and dashboards.

Your mission is to:Build the next generation of data-powered AI agents and intelligence systems that make our business smarter, faster, and more competitive.

You will be instrumental in structuring and integrating data from HubSpot, SAP, Excel, and other digital sources, then operationalizing it via the Azure OpenAI ecosystem.

This is a hands-on development role within aMicrosoft Azurecentric environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both data and AI systems and can deliver reliable, maintainable solutions aligned with our internal tool stack.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Data Structuring & Preparation:

• Ingest, clean, and transform diverse data sources (HubSpot, SAP, Excel, social, web analytics).
• Build scalable pipelines using Azure SQL,CosmosDB, and Azure AI Search to support real-time dashboards and agent workflows.
• Ensure data models are designed for robust attribution, segmentation, and business outcome tracking.

AI & LLM Integration:

• Develop andoptimizeAI agents usingAzure OpenAI ServicesandLangChain.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques, including memory, context windows, and tool usage.
• Build modular, testable agent components that can be reused across projects.

Backend & Automation Development:

• Design and implement backend logic and APIs ideally within ourNode.js / TypeScript (Angular)ecosystem.
• Integrate with data sources and AI services via secure API endpoints.
• DevOps & Deployment:
• UseAzure DevOpsfor CI/CD, version control, and release management.
• Deploy andmonitorsolutions within theMicrosoft Azure Cloud.

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work closely with internal developers,dataanalystsand marketing teams.
• Produce well-documented, maintainable code and clear architecture notes.

We'reLookingfor Someone With:

• 4-8 yearsin AI/ML with production deployments

• StrongPythondevelopment skills

• Hands-onAzure OpenAI ServicesandLangChain

• Expert inprompt engineeringand agent orchestration

• Provenexperience withAzure ecosystem: SQL,CosmosDB, AI Search, Functionsand version controlGitandAzure DevOps(CI/CD)

• Deployed AI APIs in production
