Agentic AI

Mandatory skill sets:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in developing and managing agentic/autonomous AI systems.

• Overall 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML development, or related roles.

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages used in AI development.

• Experience with reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, planning algorithms, and decision-making frameworks.

• Familiarity with AI safety, ethics, and governance issues related to autonomous systems.

• Proven capability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects end-to-end.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred skill sets:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines for AI lifecycle management.

• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or other relevant AI subfields applicable to autonomous agents.

• Background in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or Internet of Things (IoT) projects.

• Experience with simulation environments and synthetic data generation for agent training and testing.

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.

• Understanding of industry standards and compliance frameworks for AI and autonomous technologies.
