Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced AI Architect – Agentic AI / GenAI for our MNC client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and building scalable, enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions using Python, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect Agentic AI systems, including Planner, Supervisor, and multi-agent workflows.
• Build scalable RAG pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Develop robust Python backend APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Design and implement LLM pipelines, prompt engineering, and reasoning strategies.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, databases, tools, and business systems.
• Optimize AI applications for latency, cost, scalability, reliability, and accuracy.
• Establish best practices around architecture, coding standards, code reviews, testing, and observability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.
• Drive architecture decisions and contribute to the development of production-ready AI solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python backend development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLM technologies.
• Strong experience in Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and reasoning frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and API design.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP AI services.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of scalable architecture, distributed systems, and enterprise application design.

Experience

• 10+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of relevant GenAI / LLM experience.
• Proven experience in AI architecture and designing scalable enterprise solutions.
• Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture decision-making.

Good to Have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, observability, guardrails, security, and responsible AI.
• Experience deploying production-grade GenAI applications in enterprise environments.
