Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce Agentforce agents aligned with business requirements.
• Build AI-enabled workflows using Agentforce, Salesforce Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Integrate Agentforce solutions with Salesforce objects, external applications, and APIs.
• Implement prompt engineering, response orchestration, guardrails, and AI governance controls.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Salesforce best practices.
• Ensure data security, compliance, role-based access control, and privacy standards.
• Create and execute unit tests, support SIT/UAT activities, and resolve defects.
• Document technical designs, solution architecture, and implementation details.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Administrators, QA teams, and Product Owners in Agile environments.
