About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Agentforce Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered digital agents for Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, Salesforce Flow, Apex, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Einstein AI to build secure, scalable, and intelligent automation solutions for sales, service, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions for enterprise CRM applications.
• Build AI-powered digital agents using Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, and Agent Builder.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flow.
• Configure and integrate Data Cloud to enable AI-driven customer insights and personalization.
• Develop automated workflows, approval processes, and business process automation using Salesforce Flow and Flow Orchestration.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Configure Agentforce actions, prompts, automation, and AI workflows to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Implement Salesforce security using profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and the Einstein Trust Layer.
• Collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven CRM solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and provide ongoing support.
• Prepare technical documentation and follow Salesforce development best practices.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce
• Strong proficiency in Apex
• Experience with Salesforce Flow
• Experience with Data Cloud
• Experience with Service Cloud
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
• Experience integrating Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs
• Understanding of Salesforce security, automation, and CRM best practices
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, and Einstein AI
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or OmniStudio
• Experience with Flow Orchestration, Platform Events, and enterprise integrations
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I, Administrator, AI Associate, AI Specialist, or Agentforce Specialist are preferred
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience

• 2–5 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Salesforce development, or closely related Salesforce technologies.
