Role Summary

We are looking for a handson Salesforce developer to build Agentforce Einstein AI solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud Data Cloud with a focus on AI Service Replies MessagingChat Email and RAGvectorretrieval grounded responses to improve service efficiency and response quality

Need someone who can work on 1. Agent Scripts in Agentforce

2. understands Agentforce components that needs to be deployed

3. understand Data Cloud and its components, how and what to deploy

The Agentforce Data Cloud Specialist will play a key role in designing implementing and managing solutions using Agentforce and data cloud platforms This position requires a professional with extensive handson experience in cloud technologies data integration and automation ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of business processes

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and deploy scalable solutions using Agentforce and data cloud technologies

Integrate data from multiple sources ensuring data quality security and accessibility

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized cloudbased solutions

Automate workflows and optimize existing processes for performance and efficiency

Monitor troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and data pipelines

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Agentforce and data cloud ecosystems

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed

Required Skills Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

57 years of professional experience with Agentforce and cloud data platforms

Proficiency in cloud infrastructure AWS Azure or Google Cloud data integration tools and automation frameworks

Strong understanding of APIs ETL processes and data governance best practices

Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and technical teams

Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or Agentforce are a plus
