Job Purpose
Responsible for initiating calls to potential or existing customers for home loan products, leads conversion, meeting performance targets, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
1. Customer Outreach:
. Make outbound calls to customers based on assigned leads or data.
. Introduce HL /LAP products, services, and offers.
. Explain the features and value propositions clearly.
2. Lead Generation:
. Identify customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team.
. Document interactions and update customer records accurately.
3. Sales and Upselling:
. Convince customers to purchase or upgrade products and services.
. Achieve individual sales targets consistently.
. Customer Relationship Management:
. Handle objections and resolve queries efficiently.
4. Reporting and Feedback:
. Maintain accurate call logs and activity reports.
. Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and challenges.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
. Adhere to company policies, scripts, and call guidelines.
. Ensure compliance with company standards and data protection policy.
Qualification : Graduate , Masters / Postgraduate
