Role: Sales Specialist
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract (based on performance)
We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to manage the entire sales cycle for our digital marketing services.
This role requires someone who understands the digital marketing ecosystem and can confidently sell services such as social media marketing, content production, and performance marketing, brand identity design, web development and more.
You will be responsible for lead generation, outreach, discovery calls, pitching, objection handling, and closing deals.
This is a target-driven role, best suited for someone comfortable dealing with decision-makers and high-ticket clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting
Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Handle discovery calls and understand client business goals
Pitch Postofc's digital marketing services to brands
Manage objections and negotiate deal terms
Convert qualified leads into paying clients
Maintain a structured pipeline and track deal progress
Consistently meet monthly revenue targets
Qualifications
Previous experience working in sales for a digital marketing or social media agency
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (social media, paid ads, content marketing, branding, etc)
Proven ability to close high-ticket service deals
Experience conducting sales calls and handling objections confidently
Comfortable working with monthly revenue targets and KPIs
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven and disciplined in a remote work environment
Highly solution-oriented when dealing with client queries or concerns
