Role Description

The Agency Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving agency-level sales and business development initiatives. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and leading a team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets and objectives. The role also involves implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients and business partners, ensuring customer satisfaction, and monitoring sales performance metrics. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills
  • Proven experience in team leadership, recruitment, and training
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement performance improvement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and relevant products is an advantage
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with clients and partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
