Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Raipur for an Agency Recruiter. The Agency Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new agents. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and engaging potential talent, conducting interviews, managing the hiring process, and supporting new agents through their initial training and onboarding. The Agency Recruiter will work closely with team leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
