Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for an Agency Manager. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of insurance agents, providing training and support, and driving sales activities to achieve targets. Other day-to-day tasks include monitoring agents performance, developing strategies to enhance productivity, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves regular reporting, conducting marketing activities, and building strong relationships with agents and customers.
