Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager at our Ratlam location. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors to achieve business and sales targets. This role involves driving the performance and productivity of the team, building strong client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities to enhance business outcomes. The Agency Manager will also be responsible for fostering advisor development, implementing sales plans, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate teams
- Experience in sales strategies, sales management, and achieving targets
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and the ability to provide excellent client service
- Skill in training, coaching, and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA or equivalent is preferred
- Proficiency in local language and understanding of the local market is highly desirable
