Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager based in Kukatpalli. The Agency Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with insurance agents, ensuring targets are met, and driving the sales performance of the agency channel. Key tasks include recruiting, training, and mentoring agents, monitoring and assessing their performance, and assisting with client acquisition and retention. The Agency Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to design plans and strategies to enhance market presence and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Sales, relationship management, and client acquisition skills
• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team of agents effectively
• Proficiency in planning, strategy development, and execution
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with health insurance products and regulatory compliance is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in sales or insurance is highly desirable
