Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Agency Manager, based in Gwalior. The Agency Manager will lead and manage a team of advisors, supporting them in achieving sales targets and fostering career growth. Responsibilities include recruiting, mentoring, and training agents, driving sales to achieve business objectives, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Additionally, the role involves monitoring market trends, devising strategies to improve productivity, and expanding the customer base by building strong market presence.
