Roles & Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage agents; drive business through them in the assigned territory
• Ensure agent licensing and track their activation regularly
• Meet agents, lead providers, and intermediaries; maintain visit records systematically
• Motivate advisors and ensure strong sales orientation
• Generate fresh business to achieve targets
• Build and strengthen the team

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Graduate or above
• Age below 40 years
• CTC: 34 Lacs (with excellent incentive-based growth opportunities)
