Roles & Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage agents; drive business through them in the assigned territory
Ensure agent licensing and track their activation regularly
Meet agents, lead providers, and intermediaries; maintain visit records systematically
Motivate advisors and ensure strong sales orientation
Generate fresh business to achieve targets
Build and strengthen the team
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of sales experience
Graduate or above
Age below 40 years
CTC: 34 Lacs (with excellent incentive-based growth opportunities)
